As we all sit quietly in the confines of our home, many are elevating their living space with houseplants, slowly turning their indoor-garden paradise dream into a reality.

While plants look great in our homes, keeping them alive is another story. Not everyone has a green thumb or the time to look after a pot of Snake Plant, and some of us just love to over-water plants to death because that’s one of the only interactions we can have with them.

If you’re looking for an alternative to make your place feel a little more zen, Lego has released the Bonsai Tree set that looks cool anywhere you place it. And the best part is, it won’t ever die on you.

Part of the Botanical Collection, the Lego Bonsai Tree comes in a rectangular pot and a slatted wood-effect stand once you finish building it with the 878 pieces of bricks.

Standing at 18cm, you can swap the green leaves with cherry blossoms, and if you look closely, they have little frog-shaped legos to mimic the pink flowers.

The Lego Bonsai Tree retails at RM219 and you can purchase it from Lego’s official store on Lazada, Shopee, in Legoland, and other retail stores in Malaysia from 4 January 2021.
