This Giant Statue of Baby Jesus Looks Like ’80s Phil Collins

And then the Lord said, “Make a statue of my son that looks like one of my favourite creations, Phil Collins. ’80s Phil Collins to be exact…”

Created by sculptor Roman Salvador, the 22-feet statue was commissioned by the church, La Epifanla del Señor in the central Mexican state of Zacatecas, according to the New York Post.

The priest Humberto Rodriguez said he never intended to make the biggest baby Jesus in the world and only wanted something to “fit the church”.

The picture was posted on Twitter, with Baby Jesus towering above the altar, with its balding mullet and baby blue eyes which ironically resemble ’80s Phil Collins when he was fronting the rock band Genesis.

And now we can’t un-see it.
