Zouk KL’s Lights Out, Move Out Two-Part Finale Party

By now, we’ve all heard that Zouk KL is moving to its new home at TREC, which is touted to be the country’s first and largest entertainment enclave in the heart of the capital, or more precisely, along Jalan Tun Razak. But the iconic nightlife destination will not bid adieu to its home on Jalan Ampang with a whimper, instead it will be with a bang of course! Zouk KL is inviting you to send off all of its rooms in a two-part party which will be held on Saturday 11 July ’15 and Saturday 25 July ’15 respectively. The first Lights Out, Move Out party taking place next Saturday will be the first sendoff for Zouk as it will be the final night for the Main Room and Phuture (whereas Velvet Underground and Zouk Cafe Bar will remain open till the second part of the sendoff on 25 July) — where resident DJs Goldfish & Blink and HypeEmBeats are set to command the dancefloor at the Main Room while DJs Luqe and Radzi play at Phuture.

Then, the finale of Lights Out, Move Out will see the final farewell to Velvet Underground, Zouk Cafe Bar, and the entirety of the Zouk KL complex. Since the club will close after the party, Zouk has promised to go all out to ensure that it will celebrate its 11-year illustrious history, making the finale — or as they would prefer, a prequel — a true highlight for everyone before it makes its transition to TREC.
