Ask anyone who’s been to Wonderfruit what all the fuss is about, and they’ll tell you—it’s all about the venues where the vibe can totally change from one zone to another.

Spread across the lush expanse of The Fields in Chon Buri, Wonderfruit isn’t just a festival; it’s a temporary world built on creativity, community, and play. Every corner has its own personality: bamboo stages that come alive with sunrise DJ sets, serene sanctuaries for yoga and meditation, kitchens that turn cooking into performance, and spaces where art meets sustainability.

It’s as much a celebration of movement as it is of stillness—a place where you can lose yourself on the dance floor one moment, then slow down for a sound bath or a mindful walk through the forest the next.

The festival, which is in its 10th year running, will be having its final ticket sale runs from 11 to 13 November 2025. If you’re still wondering why you should go, we’ve already covered that in an article which you should read before this.

While music is not central to the festival, we know our readers love a good beat so we’ve included some acts y’all should catch.

To help you navigate it all, here’s your guide to ALL the venues (we lost count of how many) that make Wonderfruit 2025 one of the most imaginative festivals in Asia.

Solar Village

An architectural and musical heart of Wonderfruit, Solar Village moves with the rhythm of the Sun. Its modular bamboo-and-wood structure opens into communal pods and shaded nooks—a space for climbing, lounging, or simply watching the light change from sunrise to sunset.

By day, it’s calm and reflective; by night, it comes alive with music that mirrors the shifting sky.

This year’s lineup features a mix of genre-defying talents, including FKJ (DJ Set), the Parisian multi-instrumentalist known for his soulful blend of jazz and electronica; Axel Boman, Sweden’s house music visionary and co-founder of Studio Barnhus; Sarayu, a Bangkok selector pushing Southeast Asia’s underground dance sound; Shubostar, the South Korean DJ spinning her signature cosmic disco; and Kuniyuki & Xiaolin (Live), a cross-cultural collaboration uniting Japanese improvisation with Hong Kong’s melodic textures.

As the sun rises and sets over The Fields, Solar Village reminds Wonderers that music, light, and community are all part of the same cycle.

Baan Bardo

A theatre of transition and revelation, Baan Bardo marks a decade of Wonderfruit’s evolution. Designed by Thai artist Wit Pimkanchanapong, this kinetic bamboo structure transforms throughout the day—a living space for meditation, multisensory rituals, and sacred offerings guided by Dhyana.

As night falls, its walls shift and lights pulse to deep, genre-blending DJ sets and avant-garde theatre performances.

Highlights include Open Reel Ensemble, a Japanese group turning reel-to-reel tape recorders into magnetic folk instruments; The Vegetable Orchestra, an Austrian collective crafting entire soundscapes from fresh produce; rampue (Live), the Berlin-based producer known for his warm, melodic fusion of house, pop, and techno; and eucademix, the avant-garde project of Yuka Honda, founder of Cibo Matto, whose futuristic sound collages blur structure and spontaneity.

Also within Baan Bardo, Dhyana expands its exploration of mindfulness through movement, ritual, and sound.

Under its 2025 theme, Echo, the programme by Black Turtle researchers and multidisciplinary artists invites attendees to experience the interplay between illusion and awareness through ceremonies, performances, and sensory workshops.

Molam World

Lively, soulful, and unmistakably Thai, Molam World brings the culture and sound of Isaan to the heart of The Fields.

What began as a tribute to a centuries-old musical tradition has grown into a vibrant cultural hub—where bawdy humour, folk storytelling, and psychedelic rhythm collide. Anchored by the new Haan Molam theatre by PO-D Architects, the space reimagines Isaan’s wooden architecture and communal spirit, blending local craftsmanship with contemporary design.

The lineup captures the spirit of Isaan’s openness to the world including DJ Krush, the pioneering Japanese producer who helped shape global trip-hop; Gilles Peterson, the legendary BBC broadcaster and champion of cross-cultural sounds; and Khoonsmarn, Thailand’s 65-year-old cult icon whose gritty, lo-fi rock earned him the title “Prince of the Lo-File World.”

At Molam World, the borders between local and global dissolve—what remains is rhythm, joy, and a shared pulse that moves through everyone who gathers here.

Wonderness

A sanctuary designed for those seeking stillness amid the festival’s energy, Wonderness serves as Wonderfruit’s spiritual and emotional core.

Its programming spans both serenity and strength. Alongside sound and ice baths, oil-making and herbal tea rituals, and meditative workshops exploring symbolic language and divination, Wonderness also hosts more vigorous sessions such as boxing mastery and full-body mobility workouts. Here, movement and mindfulness coexist—reminding Wonderers that balance isn’t found in stillness alone, but in the rhythm between rest and power.

The Quarry

Hidden deep within The Fields, The Quarry is Wonderfruit’s subterranean playground—where the pulse runs low, the lights stay dim, and the forest itself becomes part of the soundscape. Set in an overgrown disused quarry, it’s a world away from the festival’s open spaces, trading sunlight for shadows and surface for depth.

Each night, a heady mix of local and international acts takes over, channelling the raw, underground energy that defines Wonderfruit’s darker edge.

It’s an initiation into the night, where dance becomes ritual and the forest hums with electricity.

Here, Japanese artist Jiro Endo’s live lighting and visual design transform the space into an otherworldly dimension of haze and motion. Notable acts performing include Pearson Sound, A Guy Called Gerald (Live), YAMA, and Elaheh, among others.

Ancestral Forest

Planted through Wonderfruit’s rewilding initiative, Ancestral Forest stands as a living expression of renewal and reciprocity. Created in collaboration with SUGi and Baan Suan Onsorn, its first saplings—planted in 2022—are now stretching skyward, shading new growth beneath their branches.

The space honours the festival’s relationship with the land: how nature nurtures us when we choose to nurture it in return.

By day, the forest hums with workshops and installations inspired by Thai herbal wisdom, indigenous knowledge, and the quiet artistry of the natural world.

As night falls, the trees breathe with light, reflections shimmer through a giant disco ball, and the entire grove seems to move as one.

The venue also features Forest Stage, a humble space crafted from fallen trees.

Expect rare collaborations and organic soundscapes by artists such as Modern Biology featuring Merlin Sheldrake, who turn the hidden sounds of fungi and plants into symphonies; and Taiga, an electronic duo from Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang whose psychedelic nomadic music echoes the wilderness itself.

Forbidden Fruit

Tucked on a gentle slope overlooking a lotus pond, Forbidden Fruit is Wonderfruit’s flirtation with nightlife—equal parts hedonism and heart. Designed by MPD Studio as an open-frame structure draped in shifting fabrics, it’s a boudoir of light and sound that changes its skin each year.

House, soul, funk, and reggae flow freely, blending with live performances and drag shows that celebrate self-expression in all its wild, joyous forms.

This year’s soundtrack comes from an eclectic mix of global tastemakers including Trojan Sound System, the British collective keeping reggae’s spirit alive; DJ Nori, a legend of Japan’s disco underground; Naya Beat, the label and party bridging South Asian grooves with electronic flair; and La Mamie’s, the Parisian crew known for high-energy house and disco sets.

Celebration is the message—come as you are, leave lighter, louder, and maybe just a little more in love with the night.

Living Village

Living Village returns as a reimagined amphitheatre carved from the land itself. Redesigned by Design Qua Studio, its grassy slopes and bamboo groves create a natural soundscape where music, conversation, and stillness meet.

This year’s refreshed landscaping enhances the acoustics, encouraging Wonderers to gather, rest, and listen together under the tropical canopy.

In Living Village, music doesn’t just play—it grows, echoing the rhythm of the land itself. The line-up captures that same spirit of collaboration and flow.

Leading the charge are Danalogue, the London-based synth explorer known for his cosmic jazz improvisations; Dawn of Midi, the minimalist trio blending acoustic precision with electronic rhythm; Minyo Crusaders, who rework traditional Japanese folk songs into infectious global grooves; and Yubass, the Thai artist weaving dub and world textures into meditative soundscapes.

Indigo World

Indigo World is a living studio of transformation—of plants into dye, and of community through craft.

Inspired by Thailand’s rich indigo tradition, the triangular tent invites Wonderers from sunrise to sunset to harvest, ferment, and create together.

Led by Philip Huang and his friends and family, the space offers hands-on workshops in leaf tapping, indigo pastemaking, hand embroidery, and communal dyeing—where visitors can bring their own garments or upcycle a cotton T-shirt on site.

As night falls, a quiet feeding ritual replenishes the vats, honouring the patience and rhythm of natural cycles.

Culinary sessions also return, weaving food into the story of indigo as another form of nourishment and care.

SOT

Short for Straight Out of Thonglor, SOT brings the soul of the city to The Fields, repping hip hop, trip hop, jazz, soul, R&B and funk.

Reimagined for 2025, this mid-sized social space celebrates the cultures and sounds of urban life—from Bangkok to Berlin and beyond.

Designed by Yellow Fever using repurposed architectural fragments of the capital, it’s an ever-evolving patchwork of metal, concrete, and colour. The result is a venue that feels both familiar and fresh—part bar, part playground, with a White Claw lounge anchoring the flow between lounging and dance.

This year’s line-up bridges continents and genres: Qala Nôir’s sultry neo-soul meets Pink Siifu’s raw experimental hip-hop; Cezaire blends sleek French electro-funk; and Kimyan Law brings his textured electronic soundscapes rooted in African rhythm and European club culture.

Wonder Kitchen

More than a dining space, Wonder Kitchen is where gastronomy becomes storytelling.

Innovative chefs turn ingredients—and even leftovers—into works of art. Each year, the space explores new culinary themes, honouring food not only as culture but also as medicine for the body and spirit.

Now relocated beside an orchard with mountain views, Wonder Kitchen expands to seat up to 120 guests, creating a communal table with a view.

Between meals, the venue invites you to join workshops that trace the origins of nourishment, explore sustainable cooking, and rediscover the joy of making.

Creature Stage

The beating heart of live performance at Wonderfruit, Creature Stage is where stories unfold through sound, movement, and light. From international names to regional pioneers and homegrown talents, this is where borders blur and cultures converge.

Set at the centre of The Fields’ living amphitheatre, the stage surrounds its audience in 360 degrees of light and sound, making every show a collective experience rather than a performance to watch.

First launched in 2019, Creature Stage returns larger and more dynamic than ever, with new rings expanding its circular form and amplifying its sense of shared energy.

This year, the venue features the same stellar line-up as the Living Village, uniting both spaces in a shared celebration of live music’s power to connect.

Little Wonder

Tucked within the Ancestral Forest, Little Wonder is a playground for young adventurers to explore, create, and connect with nature. Here, children build bug hotels, craft masks and kites, and learn through hands-on workshops hosted by the Get Growing team. Blending play with purpose, it’s a space where curiosity meets sustainability—nurturing the next generation of Wonderers, one handmade treasure at a time.

Ziggurat

A launchpad for fresh sounds and new voices, Ziggurat shines a spotlight on Thailand’s next generation of musicians.

Curated through Intermission—a programme supporting rising, home-grown artists—this open-air stage celebrates discovery and creativity across genres. It’s where future headliners find their first Wonderfruit audience.

Sonic Minds

Blurring the lines between science, art, and spirituality, Sonic Minds conducts workshops and listening experiences rooted in studies of environment, frequency, and well-being.

Created with MSCTY Studio, this space brings together musicians, scientists, and mindfulness practitioners to explore how music can act as medicine.

Hidden installations and performances are woven throughout the festival grounds, each designed to heighten awareness and deepen connection through sound.

Past projects included sessions where field recordings of nature were played by Buddhist monks in live sets pairing scent, sight, and sound.

Unconditional Space

A dome of ideas and imagination, Unconditional Space is a circular theatre designed by Ab Rogers Design—a place where performances, rituals, screenings, and conversations unfold.

Here, artists and practitioners from across the region explore how creativity can shape new cosmologies and collective futures.

For 2025, the programme—curated by Aaditya Sathish from Hong Kong—centres on connection and coexistence.

Through workshops, discussions and ceremonies, Unconditional Space reimagines the ways we live together, drawing on mythologies, food systems and forgotten traditions to inspire more nurturing, interconnected worlds.

Enfold

Tucked away from the festival’s bustle, Enfold offers a sanctuary for deep listening and quiet immersion.

Designed by Imaginary Objects and built by Banjerd Atelier, this earthen courtyard—crafted from wattle and daub—features soft lights, grassy floors, and scattered cushions which create a cocoon of calm.

Medicinal Plant Village

Nestled at the edge of the Ancestral Forest, the Medicinal Plant Village bridges ancient Thai healing traditions with modern wellness.

Built from six wooden huts surrounded by thriving herbs and saplings, it’s a living classroom where practitioners share generations of Thai medicinal wisdom.

In collaboration with the Department of Cultural Promotion, this year’s programme expands beyond herbal remedies to include storytelling, myths, and natural history, offering visitors a deeper connection to Thailand’s holistic heritage.

Open Kitchen

A women-led celebration of regional food traditions, Open Kitchen explores the stories, skills, and flavours that connect communities across borders.

Designed by Boonserm Premthada using reclaimed materials from a nearby tobacco factory, the space embodies sustainability and openness—both in form and spirit.

This year, Open Kitchen evolves into a unified culinary ecosystem linking Thai and Burmese cuisines.

Upstairs, guests can enjoy intimate table-service dining; downstairs, hands-on workshops, tastings, and craft sessions uncover the heritage behind each dish.

Cloud Lounge

For those seeking a pause between adventures, the Cloud Lounge with Lotus & Dermaster offers a sanctuary of softness and recovery.

Here, you can sink into plush Lotus Mattresses draped in airy linens and rest beneath breezy canopies that ripple with the wind.

On top of that, Dermaster’s wellness experts provide rejuvenating IV therapies designed to restore energy and balance during the festival’s five-day flow.

Neramit

An all-day lounge that evolves with the festival’s rhythm, Neramit is where Wonderers gather to eat, drink, and recharge to the beat of changing moods.

Redesigned by Boonserm Premthada with artistic flourishes by Ab Rogers Design, the space blends relaxed communal seating with sculptural light forms that shift with the day’s energy.

Curated by ROVR, Neramit moves through musical moods like a living radio station—mornings drift to mellow grooves, afternoons hum with sunlit bliss, and nights melt into warm, jazzy frequencies that carry you gently toward sunrise.

Jungle House

Jungle House is a lakeside retreat where slow food meets slow living—a place for lingering meals, natural wines, and unhurried music that drifts across the water, embodying Wonderfruit’s more reflective side.

Bath House

Drifting on the lake’s surface, the Bath House offers a tranquil counterpoint to the festival’s energy—a floating sanctuary designed for rest and reflection.

Its bamboo arcs and wooden pods echo traditional fishing village craftsmanship, creating intimate spaces for sunbathing or quiet escape. With open-air baths and dip pools, it invites visitors to slow down, float, and simply be.

Taste of Wonder

Taste of Wonder is a vibrant bazaar showcasing ethical designers, upcycled treasures, and festival flair.

With DJs spinning all day and artists offering glitter, crafts, and style upgrades, it’s a playground for self-expression.

Cheese Shack

Hidden high within the trees, Cheese Shack is Wonderfruit’s secret karaoke hideout—a place where anyone can drop their inhibitions and embrace their inner performer.

Whether you’re a crooner, a screamer, or somewhere in between, this treetop bar turns every voice into a headliner.

Modelled after Tokyo’s tiny underground karaoke bars, it’s intimate, loud, and gloriously over the top.

Grab the mic, belt out a ballad, and let your echo ripple through The Fields—because at Cheese Shack, there’s no such thing as singing too loud or having too much fun.

Farm Village

And finally, we have the heartbeat of Wonderfruit’s sustainability mission, Farm Village. Stretching from the sour-fruit orchard to the rice paddies, this living landscape grows the ingredients that nourish The Fields all year round.

It’s part working farm, part permaculture experiment, and part living classroom where heritage meets hands-on innovation.

Here, chefs pluck ingredients straight from the soil for their next creation, while the resident animals—led by Maggie the pig and her feathered, furry, and shelled companions—keep the ecosystem thriving through natural composting.

It’s a joyful microcosm of balance, reminding everyone that sustainability isn’t a slogan at Wonderfruit—it’s a way of life.
