We’ve seen Oscar Isaac in mostly dramatic roles (see: Inside Llewyn Davis, Ex Machina, A Most Violent Year), but here in this short film, we get to see him stretch his chops in a comedic turn. In this film, he plays a powerful man with a kid as his close confidant and henchman. Isaac’s character is seemingly innocuous, even finding joy in consuming a piece of doughnut. However, he soon learns of his girlfriend’s infidelity with his cousin and everything takes a sudden violent twist.
