Coming off the UK band’s June debut album, ‘Gooey’ has got to be one of our select picks of the year to date. The smooth psychedelic sounds on this track have become a fast favourite on internet circles and its delectable ‘peanut butter vibes’ was what drew the attention of producer Paul Epworth (Adele, Florence and the Machine) to their music in the first place. Think of it as a slightly more crisp, less aggressive Tame Impala, if that makes any sense at all. And we’re pleased to say that they sound just as good live as they do on record.
This will make you feel gooey on the inside.
