It’s that time of the year yet again, when every Tom, Dick and Harry comes up with a Christmas special or compilation album that sounds exactly the same as the one they did the year before (we’re looking at you Mariah!). Fortunately, we can appreciate it when an artiste twists arrangements around for a heartfelt performance, and makes the song somewhat their own. This year, Bombay Bicycle Club has come back on the Live Lounge to give us their rendition of ‘In The Bleak Midwinter’, and it certainly wouldn’t sound out of place on one of their albums.
