The Last Shadow Puppets

When The Last Shadow Puppets debuted, it was way back in 2008. Can you imagine that? Well, seven years later, the side project of Arctic Monkeys’ Alex Turner and Miles Kane has resurrected with a teaser of their upcoming sophomore album. If we were to gauge from the video, it seems that the band has done away with their quaint, mod appeal with something markedly darker and sinister. The video is generally a pastiche of various unsteadily filmed footage set against a menacing score. Also, the few scenes of stretches of highway are reminiscent of David Lynch’s Lost Highway.
