We’re sure everyone is familiar with the TOMS story in which the brand subscribes to a ‘One to One’ policy where it serves to improve global issues afflicting impoverished countries, and it all started with the noble cause of matching every pair of TOMS shoes purchased with a pair of shoes given to a child in need. The company has since expanded on its ‘One to One’ model by introducing TOMS Eyewear to help restore sight to a person in need with every purchase of sunglasses and optical frames. The range of protective eyewear is classically shaped, seamlessly merging fashion and sophistication in their hand-finished pieces. TOMS introduced the James in Black & Honey Tortoise, and Grey Crystal and the Rose Crystal Shades in Adeline & Bellini. The James can be likened to a vintage muscle vehicle — tough yet polished — whereas the Rose Crystals combine regal rose gold elements for the women’s range to suggest an attainable luxurious air.
