The 14th TBS Digicon6 Is Here!

Have you ever dreamt of representing Malaysia on a world stage? Here’s your chance! The TBS Digicon6 competition is now back for its 14th time! Established in 2000, this annual competition has grown to be the most recognized award in Japan. It aims to explore and discover exciting and talented digital content creators from all over Asia (Japan, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines and Malaysia) and reward them for their outstanding work. It doesn’t matter if you’re young or old, amateurs or professionals, you can take part and showcase your awesome skills in this competition by preparing an original product of digital content.

Although digital content technically means animation, audio, graphics, images and video, TBS Digicon6 is usually more focused on animation and film, but generally the creators are invited to send in any type of work as long as it’s original. The first prize winner of this competition will be sponsored a round-trip airline ticket by TBS to the TBS Digicon6 regional event to be held in Tokyo. He or she will also get the support he or she needs for his or her later creative activity in various ways, including production and release. The Malaysian Animation Creative Content Centre (MaC3) in association with Animation Society of Malaysia, Kelab Seni Filem Malaysia and MAXIS Developer Programme will be coordinating the entry submissions in Malaysia.
