If you fancy yourself a hip hop head, make sure to check out Tha Project, which is set to feature acts from Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Kuching — showcasing an array of different hip hop elements that will appeal to hardcore fans.  The leading acts include Masia One, whose lyrics are dripping with enough attitude and edge to dub her with the title ‘The Azealia Banks of Asia’, Aman Ra and his budak flat-relatable rap verses, and even online hip hop radio show The Crib Show among many more.  So mark the 20th of September down in your calendar, book your flight tix, put on your snapbacks, and get ready for a hip hop fest that’s as educational as it is entertaining.
