Surf’s up peeps! It’s official… JUICE will be heading to Long Island, NY for the Quiksilver Pro 2011 surf competition next month! Like, totally rad dude!

Pedaling away from the norm this year, Quiksilver opted to hold its annual surf comp at The Big Apple for the first time ever, instead of more typical locations along the sunny West Coast. JUICE is totally stoked to cover this amazing event which will see the top guns of surfin’ duking it out on the waves for the grand prize of USD1million cash purse.

Apart from brushing up on our surf lingo, we’re also prepping questions to ask the surfers, Tony Hawk, and bands such as Interpol, The Flaming Lips, Wavves and The English Beat who will all be at Long Island from 1-15 Sept.
