Following the implosion of the Beta Band a few years back, frontman Steve Mason went solo releasing records as electronic alter-egos King Biscuit Time and Black Affair. Deciding to then drop the silly pseudonyms and synths, Steve picked up the guitar and went back to basics. Known for his beautiful melodies and off-kilter arrangements, Steve’s latest offering ‘All Come Down’ (off upcoming album Boys Outside due March 2010) is reminiscent of the Beta Band’s better days.
