If the post-Raya slump has got you in a bit of a lemau mood, Rendam Raya is here to splash it all away—quite literally.

Happening on 26 and 27 April from 5 p.m. to midnight, this gloriously chill celebration takes place at the enchanting Serai Bamboo Hot Spring in Hulu Langat, where festivities meet geothermal therapy.

Think: Mini RIUH, but with steam rising off mineral-rich waters and the soft thrum of music echoing through the jungle.

Entry? Free. But if you’re feeling fancy and want to take the full hot-spring plunge, it’s just RM5 to soak those post-Raya aches away.

Expect a vibrant bazaar filled with local retail and F&B vendors, ideal for snacking, browsing, and impulse buying while barefoot in your sarong. Adding to the festive feels are workshops where you can roll up your sleeves and learn to weave ketupat or make sticky, shiny dodol—a chance to bring home more than just memories (or leftovers).

Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper kenduri without music.

The lineup is almost as eclectic as your third cousin’s open house playlist: Get into the groove with Nolee, Aduti, Disko Santan, Cloak, Ragi, Magis, and Langkasuka. Whether you’re here to bop by the springs or simply sway while dunked to your shoulders, there’s a vibe for everyone.

So pack your kain batik, bring your good vibes, and come hungry (for food, tunes, and that glorious geothermal soak).
