Sephora Malaysia has just announced the launch of its mobile app, which means one thing; it probably triggered seizures to several Sephora addicts as shopping for cosmetics just became effortless. The experience of purchasing products on the app is designed to create more engagement with its customers. Sephora did so by adding video tutorials hosted by its own experts for the viewing pleasure of its consumers, exclusive previews of its upcoming product launches, early access to sales (please Beauty Gods, may Becca’s highlighters or Kat Von D’s lipsticks be one of them), a heap of promotions, and if you’re a Beauty Pass member (which you should be because the perks are rewarding), you will also have the option of checking your accumulated points and redeeming your gifts from anywhere around the country.
Aside from that, the Sephora Malaysia app also has a ‘Wishlist’ tab where its customers can share onto their social media platforms for their friends/followers to view and hopefully be generous enough to purchase an item that we’re subtly hinting at via the virtual list. Get on it.
