Where the wild things are….
Predicated on the well meaning idea to bringing the natural elements of the lush tropical jungles of Malaysia to the metropolitan district of KL, this restaurant and club defines its tag line “Explore The Exotic” with the natives. The jungle canopy is a veritable theme park for adults with water features, flaming torches and aquariums, making it look straight off the set of Survivor or I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, and the concept is one of live (usually covers) band-DJ combo.

Clientele Passing tourists and curious locals.

Music policy Not quite jungle rhythms, veteran DJ Philippe mixes up retro favourites with contemporary commercial rnb, hip hop, pop and house. A rotating in-house band performs world music live and has included the terrific Kilimanjaro Connection band.

Drinks A wide selection of international draught and bottled beers and thematic cocktails.

Happy Hours It changes up so ask at the bar.

Eats No exotic meats here. If you’re ravenous, chow down on local and international fare.

Dress code Just cause it’s a jungle doesn’t mean you dress like Tarzan (in a loin cloth). Keep it smart and covered up please, boys.

Cover charge A door charge is levied. Call ahead to find out when and how much.

Parking Valet charges are RM20. There is parking across the street but prices vary. Located smack centre of KL you’d be advised to leave your car at home and take a taxi so nothing stands in the way of getting blooto-ed.
