Boom boom pow! The Peas have got extra spirit now! Bacardi Rum recently became the official spirit of The Black Eyed Peas The END World Tour 2010. With the kick off at Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on 4 February, the tour will extend across 32 American dates before moving on to Europe, Asia, Australia and Central and South America.
To celebrate and kick off the tour, Bacardi created an official cocktail for the tour called the Bacardi V.I.Pea. Highlighted with a black eyed pea garnish dropped into the bottom of the cocktail glass, the newest specialty cocktail in the Bacardi family will be the official cocktail of the tour.

The North American leg of The END World Tour 2010 is the group’s most ambitious stage production to date. In support of their multiplatinum #1 album The END, The Peas will transform major arenas into massive club parties (complete with guest DJs including Will.i.am) across the country and around the world.  The END World Tour proves The Energy Never Dies with state of the art lasers, lights, HD visuals, flying stunts and 8 world class dancers that will be visual assault on the senses for fans.

The Black Eyed Peas won three more Grammys this year – Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocals  (‘I Gotta Feeling’); Best Pop Vocal Album (The END); and Best Short Form Music Video (‘Boom Boom Pow’). To date, The Black Eyed Peas’ 5th studio album The END has sold nearly 2 million units in the US and over 5.5 million units worldwide with digital single sales in the US selling over 12.5 million tracks.  The Peas have logged over 350 headlining tour dates in 29 countries, with over 2.5 million tickets sold. Those are some hardcore Pea numbers!
