Rockaway Festival 2012: Soulfly, MxPx & Unearth!

We were pretty blown away by last year’s Rockaway Festival 2011 with main headliner The Used ripping up the stage. And observing the festival since its humble beginnings,  it was obvious that the boys at Livescape Asia, who’ve been behind some of the biggest gigs for the past couple of years, will only keep pushing the size of the Rockaway Festival each year by bringing in bigger and bigger names.

So mark your calendars for 20 October, because TM presents Rockaway Festival 2012′s stellar international line-up will have you soiling your pants, featuring metalcore phenomenon, Unearth; MxPx All Stars; and legendary heavy metal band Soulfly. Doesn’t get any heavier than that!

To match the headliners are the current confirmed local acts, which include Love Me Butch, Massacre, Bunkface, I, Revival, The Padangs and Go Gerila. There will also be a special The WKND Sessions stage that will feature stripped down music showcases of the Malaysian indie scene that’s not to be missed. This isn’t all they have in store though, more announcements will be made come this September.

Tickets are priced at RM108 (early bird), RM138 (pre-sale), RM178 (at the door), and will be available starting
