Red Bull Calls For Entries To #EhWauBulan Exhibition

To celebrate Malaysia’s 59th year of independence, Red Bull is hosting an art exhibition to showcase what inspires Malaysians to go on their respective journeys. But this won’t be a typical showcase in a sense that it’ll only exhibit work from established artists; Red Bull is keeping their options open to anyone who’s got a visual story to share. Only 59 submissions will be chosen, and yes, it is a little corny to celebrate 59 years with 59 artists but the gesture is too sweet for us to ignore — literally, because we have the Red Bull can Fritilldea designed staring at us everyday. Speaking of Fritilldea, the submitted artwork will be screened by him, contemporary artist Ivan Lam, and board member of the National Visual Art Gallery, Phillip Wong. Think of this as platform to express your national pride and to bring your work to a higher level — Red Bull gives you wings, after all.
