Red Bull Music Academy brings you American techno sibling duo Octave One to Kyo KL for the first time ever. Comprising of brothers Lenny and Lawrence Burden, they’ve released 12 albums since nearly three decades ago when they debuted with single ‘I Believe’ – also producing other notable tracks along the way like ‘Blackwater’, ‘The X-files’, and ‘Nicolette’ just to name a few. Although most well known for techno, their turf branches out onto other electronic music as well like house, old school jungle as well as d’n’b. Even for the non-techno heads, Octave One is worth catching purely because they are one of the best live electronic acts around. Opening acts include Yenn Lim, Godwin P, and Alam who are sure to dish a couple of techno anthems that’d do the duo justice.
