Rapper Nelly Arrested, Accused of Raping Woman on Tour Bus
Yo, what is going on with all these ’00s r’n’b stars? In this year alone, R.Kelly started a weird sex cult, Usher has herpes, and now Nelly’s got rape charges? Guess the world really is coming to an end (especially if you’re a #90skid).
The rapper is accused of second degree rape that took place on his tour bus Saturday morning at around 3.45am. Nelly is quick to deny and dismissed the victim, but y’all know how that works.
Let me say that I am beyond shocked that I have been targeted with this false allegation. I am completely innocent. I am confident that once the facts are looked at , it will be very clear that I am the victim of a false allegation.

Nelly also clarified his legal situation for those who were quick to judge:
To be absolutely clear. I have not been charged with a crime therefore no bail was required. I was released , pending further investigation.

Scott Rosenblum, Nelly’s attorney gave a statement to Page Six, “Our initial investigation, clearly establishes, this allegation is devoid of credibility and is motivated by greed and vindictiveness. I am confident, once this scurrilous accusation is thoroughly investigated, there will be no charges.”
Just a few days ago though, a video of Nelly creepily caressed a young girl on stage emerged on Twitter. Serenading her with his hit single ‘Over and Over Again’, he twirled and twisted her hair in his hands with their faces nearly touching each other. Damn Nelly, calm down.
Okay…. I need a min to talk about how mf creepy Nelly was tonight. pic.twitter.com/428ojaAKpr

Similarly, the rapper did the same thing to another very young girl in Montana, as members of the audience cheered as he twisted her hair around his fingers.
Some concert goers took to Twitter to condemn that part of the show:
Right. When I saw the hair thing I was like “Oh no baby what is you doin’…” *shivers*

Okay. That is super creepy. Why did he pick a little girl?

When he started touching her hair I couldn’t watch anymore. It’s creepy enough you choose a little girl over thousands of grown women.

It’s getting hot in here, and we’re getting uncomfortable — that is until more updates arise on the matter lest we be quick to jump the gun like on those poor K-pop dudes who came here to perform (and presumably will never come back).
