You may recognise Marques Young as one of the members of jazz fusion band Bassment Syndicate, but the American performs solo too, as Q Sound. Marques is an entirely accomplished musician in his own right. The Julliard alumnus has led a number of jazz performances, most notably playing a sold-out show at Dewan Filharmonik Petronas. He has even initiated a few educational projects to mentor young musical talents. The trombonist has recently released his solo EP entitled Dual Citizenship, which you can anticipate to hear some of the songs at the event.
