PREMIERE: Craig David’s ‘Fill Me In (Night Dives remix)’

source: Night Dives

Night Dives, one of Order Records’ impressive roster of regional talent (among which Adam Kasturi is a member of), is a genre chameleon. ‘Parascape’ off Order Vol. 1 exuded a sound that could be the bastard child of Mad Decent and Fade to Mind, ‘A1’ and ‘B1’ off The Wax Sample Project were unapologetically part of the house revival canon, and now with his remix of Craig David’s ‘Fill Me In’, he’s updated the classic r’n’b tune of the noughties for more current ears.

Waxing nostalgia, Night Dives told us  that the original track never fails to bring him back to his teen years, reminding him of “what it was like to be infatuated with someone for the first time.” It helped that Craig David’s butter smooth vocals on the track were so addictive that he “could listen to his singing for hours on loop and never get bored.”

That quality isn’t lost in Night Dives’ remix. Exclusively on JUICE, stream or download the track below:
