No Black Tie
If you don’t know what No Black Tie is, we cannot be friends. A staple on the music scene and THE jazz club to go to, this cosy wood-paneled hotspot has had likes of Isaac Entry and Anna Salleh play/sing whilst patrons mingle and munch on some Japanese rolls. It is also rather eclectic, playing host to yes, poetry readings.
Turning 13 this year, No Black Tie is counting down becoming a teenager in style with a series of performances by only the best. Kicking it off is John Thomas Jazz Trio, spearheaded by talented drummer John Ashley Thomas. Also part of the line-up is the soulful crooner, Janet Lee whose heartfelt renditions resonate through the crowd.
