Having been dubbed as the Rolls Royce of shoes, New Balance’s M1300 will soon see its 2015 iteration as the exclusive model will only be reissued every five years. The M1300 was first released in 1985 to the accolades of runners who appreciated the stability and comfort provided by ENCAP technology in the midsole. In addition to being a high-tech running shoe, the M1300 doesn’t look too shabby either. The sneakers’ upper is a luxe combination of pristine nubuck grey leather and a darker mesh material. Just as the 2010 reissue, this year’s M1300JP2 will retain its custom Vibram outsole and other details with only minute changes, so that to maintain its consistency from the many relaunches.

Retailing at RM1099, the New Balance M1300JP2 will launch exclusively at Sole What, The Gardens Mall on Sunday 17 May ’15.
