There’s nothing like a cold beer after a long-haul flight. And what’s better is that you don’t need a pilot’s license to get one at this aviation-themed bar. Started by a young group of pilots and entrepreneurs, Monowings caters to aviation enthusiasts (industry personnel get up to 20% off on non-promotional bottles and cocktails) but welcomes all.

Decorated with air flight paraphernalia – hanging model aircrafts, historic aviation wall prints, wing table tops, and a bar that looks like a plane – even the waitresses wear stewardess-type uniforms. A cosy place with soft lighting and a huge LCD screen for match days, Monowings is also on its way to becoming a Manchester United Fan Club outlet. Barf bags are not included, so go easy.

Happy Hours 5pm-10pm. Tiger RM13/mug, RM35/jug (normally RM15/mug, RM39/jug). Imported German beer is RM29++ and cocktails, liquors and liqueurs go from RM16 to 26.

Eats Monowings’ signature dishes are the Hot Buffalo Wings, Crispy Pork Belly, Monowings Nachos and platter. Prices range from between RM12 and RM50.

Dress code Casual.

Door policy No cover charge.

Open Mon-Sat: 5pm until late. Sun: Closed.

Parking Basement parking is a maximum RM6. It’s RM10 outside.
