MdCL presents NEXT Collective: The Mixtape

Mark de Clive-Lowe (MdCL) has recently shared details about a project consisting of a group of heavyweight US jazz musicians called NEXT Collective, who have put together an album covering some of their favorite artists and reinterpreting them from a jazz perspective. They are covering material by artists such as Little Dragon, Jay Z and Kanye West, D’Angelo, N.E.R.D, Stereolab, Drake, Meshell Ndegeocello and more. Already killer musicians individually, NEXT Collective has done something so out of the ordinary with ‘Cover Art’ that this is a mix you wouldn’t want your ears to miss.
