You read that right! Matthew Williamson, top British fashion designer and creative director of Emilio Pucci is coming down to KL to make a special appearance on 13 April 2010 exclusively for the launching of Debenhams in Lot 10. If you love fashion, then you shouldn’t miss this chance!

Matthew said “I am thrilled to be coming to Kuala Lumpur for the new Debenhams store opening and am looking forward to seeing what the city has to offer. I find it very exciting that the Butterfly by Matthew Williamson range will very soon be available in Malaysia!” Touted as the fashion event of the year, this multi-award winning designer has had success collaborating with British retail giant Debenhams over the past years with the ‘Designers at Debenhams’ range with the latest one called ‘Butterfly’. Says Matthew “Butterfly is perfect for the woman who seeks my unique style and effortless glamour all at an affordable price.”

Lot 10 promises that the opening night will be the fashion event of the year. Invited guests will actually stand a chance to win 2 free return flight tickets to London along with a RM4,000 shopping voucher for Debenhams on Oxford Street. There will also be a fashion show where Matthew Williamson’s collection will be shown.  After the store’s official opening Matthew himself, the festivities will continue with an exclusive “Williamson” party at Rootz.

The official opening of Debenhams by Matthew Williamson and the Williamson party will take place at Lot10 and Rootz on 13 April 2010.
