Essentially a one-man band, Marble Sounds is the brainchild of Belgian Pieter Van Dessel. Quiet and unassuming, the songs on debut album Nice Is Good might be the stereotypical dude-with-tender-vocals, but it’d be a mistake to label this as twee indie.

With guest vocals from indie legend Robert Pollar (Guided By Voices), you can’t find a better stamp of approval. Massively underrated.
