Ever wanted to get really mellow and get some Taco Bell late at night just like in the movies? Well Malaysians, you’re in for a treat!

According to KL Foodie, the legendary American fast food joint that is known for its juicy burritos and scrumptious tacos will be opening up its first Malaysian store at Tropicana Gardens Mall. Located in Petaling Jaya, the new mall is right across Sunway Giza at Kota Damansara and is connected to Surian MRT station.

So far there’s no mention of its opening date and it isn’t clear who the franchise holder in Malaysia is. So, we’ll just have to wait for more updates!

BTW, this is not the first time they penetrated this side of the ASEAN region. In 1999, Taco Bell launched its first Southeast Asian store in Singapore but it closed shop after nine years. However, you can still find the purple bell logo in nearby countries like Bangkok and the Philippines.

If you’re unfamiliar with the type of food Taco Bell has, perhaps this can help you get more excited! (Warning: Scrolling down will make you super hungry!)
