Lucky 21-Year-Old M’sian Wins RM1 Million Through A Special Draw By Local Bank

A 21-year-old from Kelantan hit the pot of gold when he won a special draw from BSN Sijil Simpanan Premium (SSP), where he brought home RM1 million in cash savings, Bernama reported.

In a statement, BSN said the youth who won the first BSN SSP Special Draw for 2021 was the youngest winner since the RM1 million reward was introduced back in 2014.

For the first time this year, BSN also announced a total of 13 winners for the Local Draw who each brought home a 1.5 Perodua Myvi.

The draws are held in February, May, August and November 2021. It is open to depositors who have a BSN SSP with a minimum deposit of RM100.

BSN Chief Executive, Jay Khairil said he hopes Malaysians would continue to save with BSN SSP which is also a unique Shariah-compliant savings product.

“This is because, apart from the chance to win various attractive prizes, you can also enjoy a profit rate up to 1.9 per cent per annum, which is the same rate as the fixed-rate at other banks,” he said.
