The rooftop of the posh new boutique hotel The KL Journal has held a number of tropical-themed parties, be it in the subgenre of house or in the mood of the party. For the last hump day of the month, the rooftop will once again be a momentary luau with the inaugural Lono Tiki Party, which is named after a Hawaiian god that has a penchant for music. There will be 10 craft cocktails available by award-winning mixologists Callan C. Green and Joshua Ivanovic, all concocted with the Panamanian rum Caña Brava as the foundation of the drink. Island-inspired finger food made from the hotel’s cafe Bounty will be served, and DJ Oddjob will provide the tunes to simulate an appropriate ambiance.

Cocktails go for RM30 per glass, a punch bowl of it would cost you RM150.
