UB40 is one of the most commercially successful bands the (white appropriated) reggae world has seen. From having 18 studio albums to countless #1 songs across the UK and US, to reshuffling its lineup consisting of eight members a few times, to enduring the usual band argument of one member being paid more than the rest, which always results into someone leaving, it made sense that only three members — Ali Campbell, Mickey Virtue, and Astro — of the original lineup have reunited for a tour. They will be heading over to KL late next month to host an intimate gig, though their name may not be as popular as it was thirty years ago, we’re sure everyone hass listened to at least one of their, what, 50 greatest hits?
