With apologies to Isaiah Rashad’s and ScHoolboy Q’s respective recent records — good as they were — Top Dawg Entertainment’s next breakout talent after K.Dot is probably going to be their only female signee (and non-rapper); SZA. Latest track released off her newly minted Z EP is actually an update of the previously released ‘Babylon’, this time around it comes with the addition of Kendrick Lamar himself on the track. Fret not though, far from being an unnecessary (lazy) verse like most guest features by rappers are wont to be, Kendrick’s trademark tourette delivery complements her haunting vocals well enough. Still, we prefer the original.
