We’re usually quick to brand almost anybody who attempts to redo Queen a flaming heretic (or just a sad bar/lounge band), but this one right here is worth a few listens. Devyne and Panski have breathed new life into this classic Queen track with their tropical house reimagination of the tune. No, it’s not going to become a legendary listen like the tune that it was pulled from, but it’s definitely something different, and cheerful enough that it deserves the time of day. This cross-Atlantic collaboration does seem to be paying off a lot better than most other treaties between certain international powers right about now. At least it’s making us feel good.
