Singer-songwriter and producer, who simply goes by the mononym Kuizz, recently released his EP called Till The End during a live Facebook listening session last week at Maveriq Studios. Currently based in LA to further expand his career in music, Till The End signals a new direction for the young but seasoned songwriter that sees him going into an r’n’b route with major pop inclination — one could easily imagine hearing his music on the airwaves. The songs are rife with romantic persuasions (‘Some Kind of Wonderful’) and hooks, be it in the way the electro beats are sequenced or in the catchiness of the lyrics. Take for instance ‘The City’ and ‘Silver Tide’, both of which have the on-trend tropical house/dance infusion. The six-track EP ends with a personal ballad called ‘Uncool’ that details his coming to terms with his love for music-making despite the sneering of others.
