We’re not to sure what to make of Exmag’s Gulf Hymn remix, or even how to categorise it. We’re getting some future funk feels, some ’70s disco vibes, and a hodgepodge of chill elements, which vastly contrast the original by ILLUMNTR — fronted by Exmag’s very own Bryn Bellomy. It’s more chordal and low key, whereas the ILLUMNTR version threw everything it had in your face. Check it out, and let us know which one you dig. We prefer the original – but this one isn’t too shabby, either.
