Even with the demise of Majical Cloudz, we still look forward to Devon Welsh’s solo material. Yesterday, Welsh released a collection of old songs, some of which were written during the making of the duo’s last album together, Are You Alone?, and some were written during the summer time. He goes on to say, “… Since I am working on new music, my attention will inevitably go to that new music and these songs will be forgotten, and forgotten songs are sad.”
