The last time we caught Ben Howard on the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge, he knocked ‘Call Me Maybe’ out of the park, transforming the poppy tune into something brooding and beautiful. This time around, he does something equally as stunning, with a new track from his upcoming LP I Forget Where We Were. He’s got the pop sensibilities of more mainstream acts, but still retains enough flavour to set him apart — and he’s definitely leveled up his guitar-playing skills.
