LEGO Launches ‘Everyone Is Awesome’ Set To Celebrate Its LGBTQIA+ Fans

The LEGO Group is launching the ‘Everyone Is Awesome’ set that’s designed to celebrate the diversity of fans and people around the world, just in time for Pride Month.

Like everything LEGO, the buildable 364-piece display model is inspired by the iconic rainbow flag – a symbol of love and acceptance by the LGBTQIA+ community, and features 11 monochromatic mini-figures with their own individual hairstyles.

“I wanted to create a model that symbolises inclusivity and celebrates everyone, no matter how they identify or who they love,” said set designer Matthew Ashton, Vice President, Design.

“Everyone is unique, and with a little more love, acceptance and understanding in the world, we can all feel more free to be our true AWESOME selves! This model shows that we care, and that we truly believe ‘Everyone Is Awesome!’,” he said.

The LEGO ‘Everyone Is Awesome’ set will be available starting 1 June 2021 with a retail price of USD34.99 (RM144.32) on LEGO.com.
