We saw the likes of indie heroes Ladyhawk, Holy F*ck, !!!, Temper Trap, Warpaint and Yeasayer earlier this year. So what has Laneway 2012 got in store for us? Well, zip up your pants and get some tissues because this lineup is a music lover’s wet-dream!

Canadian indie queen Feist will be headlining the festival and joining her at Fort Canning will be the youngest crop of raw talent we’ve ever seen – BBC Sound of 2011 listers Yuck and Anna Calvi, dark and melodious outfits Austra and Cults, super-catchy super-sleazy San Fran indie-popsters Girls, London acid punkers The Horrors, precocious singer-songwriter Laura Marling, French electronic shoegazers M83, JUICE‘s fav band of 2010 The Drums, bittersweet emo-fuzz band The Pains of Being Pure At Heart, chillwave guru Toro Y Moi, indie nomad Twin Shadow and mysterious anarchists Wu Lyf.
