Setting more trends than tweets, Lady Gaga has recently been accused of one example you should think twice about following.

In an effort to raise money for the Japan relief fund, Gaga was quick to release ‘We Pray For Japan’ wristbands, which were on sale for $5. Claiming all the proceeds went directly to the charity, this pop sensation has since been accused of pocketing the profits by a law firm in Michigan called 1-800-LAW-FIRM.

Lady Gaga is yet to comment properly on the lawsuit, however is rumoured to have denied the charges. Despite the suspicious hillbilly named law firm, we certainly hope that all this isn’t true and that she wasn’t born this way…
