Malaccan streetwear brand KVLTVRA has resurfaced with a collection for the Spring/ Summer season via a range consisting of four t-shirts that bear the brand name in various fonts and different pairs of hands to signify the outstretched hands resembling prayer gestures, as religion and theology are subjects that pertain to the KVLTVRA essence. They even have their own serial code (555-666-777) that’s inspired by Pixies’ 1989 single ‘Monkey Gone To Heaven’, where the lyrics go, “If man is five/ Then the devil is six/ Then god is seven.” KVLTVRA’s SS16 ‘Amongst The Believers ‘ collection features four designs; Death Prayer, Signature, Sinitic, and One Person’s God. Each t-shirt goes for RM65 a pop.
