Get ready for an artistic celebration like no other!

KL Sketch Nation, with a helping hand from PNB Merdeka Ventures Sdn. Berhad (PNBMV), is thrilled to announce its 10th-anniversary bash.

It’s called the “KL Sketch Nation 10 Years Anniversary – Big Drawing Event at Stadium Merdeka,” and it’s set to turn the iconic Stadium Merdeka into a giant, buzzing canvas for Kuala Lumpur’s finest young artists.

Event Highlights:

• Date: 3rd August 2024
• Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Venue: Stadium Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur
• Canvas: Stadium Merdeka, Stadium Negara, Masjid Al-Sultan Abdullah, with the majestic Merdeka 118 Tower as a backdrop!

Fifty dynamic artists, all under 40, will team up with seasoned mentors to bring their unique visions to life. See, this isn’t just an event, but a celebration of KL Sketch Nation’s ten-year journey of fostering artistic talent and preserving Kuala Lumpur’s cultural essence.

The masterpieces will be on display at Stadium Merdeka during Merdeka month, with more details to come. This grand event also serves as a warm-up to the much-anticipated KL Sketch Festival 2024, set for September at the River of Life in KL.

Here’s the plan:

• 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.: Registration and Setup
• 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.: Welcome and Briefing
• 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Morning Painting Session
• 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Lunch Break
• 2:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.: Afternoon Painting Session
• 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Final Touches and Submission
• 6:00 p.m. : Event concludes
