Kanye West: voice of a generation, caps lock abuser and now short film star. Kanye has released a mini movie to his much-talked about single ‘Runaway’. It’s tells a romantic story between of a man by the name of Griffin and a phoenix, portrayed by Victoria Secret model Selita Banks. This is the 3rd single off Mr. West’s 5th album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and features Pusha T from hip hop duo Clipse. You can also find narration from new rapper Nicki Minaj in this ‘Runaway’ film, which was shot in Prague over the summer. Kanye has done it again.

The 34-minutes film is directed by renowned music video director Hype William, who has directed for big names such as Wu-Tang Clan, Nas, LL Cool J, A Tribe Called Quest, Missy Elliott, Kelis, Pharrell Williams and MIA, is back to collaborate with Kanye West again. Hype has collaborated on numerous Kanye videos including ‘Amazing’, ‘Stronger’ and ‘Gold Digger’. He definitely pushed his own limits on this tale of phoenix-man love.
