Cam whores! Here’s your chance get an extension on your 15 minutes of fame while rocking out to modern rock band Car Crash Hearts.
That’s right, that’s what Heineken Green Space is asking you to do on Saturday, 7-10pm, 8 May at Milk Bangsar. Not only will you get to hang out the band members, you’ll also be immortalised on film when the band releases the video for single ‘Just a Face in the Crowd’ later in the year, which will be filmed at Green Space.
When coming up with ideas on how to film the video for the new track, the band hit on the idea of staging a video party as part of Heineken Green Space and thus the latest edition of Green Space was born, complete with video single booths, indie karaoke and sets from CCH and friends.
Over the last 12 months, Green Space has rapidly turned from a talking point into one of the most innovative and surprising event platforms in the country. Thus far, a lazy Saturday afternoon with Twilight Actiongirl has been followed with an underground electro session hosted by Futuresound Asia. Then came a gourmet Sunday morning with the Breakfast Club and most recently, a celebration of fixed gear cycling culture with Wheel Love.
And now, with CCH, Heineken’s music fans get the chance to live out their rockstar dreams and star in a music video.
