  • Pour piping hot espresso into the warmed glass, filling it about 3/4 full.
  • Add brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved in the aromatic brew.
  • Blend in 35ml of Jameson Irish whiskey.

  • Ingredients: 40ml Chivas XV, 10ml lemon juice, 10ml honey, 2 ginger slices, a cinnamon stick, a star anise, and boiling water.
  • Drop ginger, cinnamon, and a touch of star anise into your go-to teacup.
  • Pour in 40ml Chivas XV.
  • Add 10 ml zesty lemon juice, a drizzle of 10ml honey.
  • Top it off with boiling water, give it a good stir.

  • Ingredients: 35ml Martell Noblige, 30ml fresh orange juice, 15ml simple syrup, a splash of soda water, 2 dashes of orange bitters, a pinch of grated nutmeg or cinnamon, and a twist of orange peel.
  • In a highball glass, work your magic: pour in 35ml of Martell Noblige, followed by the zing of 30ml of freshly squeezed orange juice.
  • Keep the balance with 15ml of simple syrup and add 2 dashes of orange bitters for that extra oomph.
  • Top it all off with soda water. Now, for the grand finale…

  • Drop that egg yolk into your shaker with some ice cubes. Seal it tight and shake away. Open up, add ice, then pour in the Monkey 47 gin, cream, egg white, and maple syrup.
