What would your ideal party be? A graceful rooftop barbecue around a pool at sunset? A down-and-dirty concert with the latest underground bands? Or soulful sounds from one of the hottest DJs in town? That’s the question that Heineken Green Space is asking YOU. They want your most creative and exciting ideas now and if they like it enough you get to host your own Heineken Green Space event – on Heineken’s tab!
Future Sound Asia (FSA), the scene building collective behind events like this year’s ground-breaking Heineken supported Dim Mak Festival, will be hosting their secret Green Space party sometime in early November.
Future Sound Asia’s Heineken Green Space builds on the excitement generated by Twilight Actiongirl’s (TAG) Sunday afternoon slowdown at Bijou in August. Their idea was to return to the DIY spirit that made their first few shows at an underground club in 2004 such an alternative to the established club scene of the time.
The Green Space idea has certainly sparked imaginations online, and applications to host the regular series of parties have already started flooding in. With a dedicated Heineken Green Space module on the Heineken website (www.heineken.com.my/music) and a dedicated email address ([email protected]), applying couldn’t be easier.
Best of all Heineken will support and guide you every step of the way to make sure that your party comes off exactly the way you envisioned it. Help with artwork, invitations and an event company to take care of planning and executing your night ensure that you’ll be able to enjoy your Heineken Green Space as much as your friends without having to worry about the niggling details.
The only thing you’ll need to do – other than come up with some incredible ideas – is to supply 100 friends to share the amazing experience of Heineken Green Space with you. Because as much as Heineken Music is about bringing music, art, fashion and design together, first and foremost it’s about bringing people and experiences together.
