Go Green with Heineken

JUICE approves of anyone going green and monster beer brand Heineken has come onboard. Hooray! Together with Festive Forest Project, Wild-Asia and Bombshelter Studios, a series of festive greeting cards will be available free of charge at selected Heineken outlets. Each card lets you to make a contribution to the Heineken Festive Forest Project via the Heineken Facebook fanpage. You stand a chance to win specially designed Heineken Festive Party Kits and other party goodies, yet still do some good.

These limited edition greeting cards are aimed to contribute a small forest of endangered trees under Wild Asia’s Plant-A-Tree program, which will be planted in April 2010, which coincides with Earth Day.

Each greeting card has a unique code to enter www.heineken.com.my and if it’s successfully registered, you have automatically helped Heineken make that contribution to the Festive Forest Project! Easy peasy.

Send out your messages out to your loved ones with the specially designed greeting cards designed by Bombshelter Studios, who have collaborated on an installation for Heieneken’s Green Room State of Mind project, and help the environment too.

Here’s what Eugene Low, the founder of Bombshelter Studios have to say, “When we heard about the Heineken Festive Forest Project, we were delighted to be able to do our part in making the project a success. Most of the time, you receive Christmas cards which you take one look at and put aside. Through this project, people have the chance to not only do good with the cards, but we’ve designed it such that it becomes a great party tool as well.”
