Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, the first stand alone film from the Star Wars anthology, will be released very soon, 15 December ’16 to be exact. And what better way for everyone to be in the Star Wars spirit than by copping on some appropriate footwear. Superga, the sneaker of choice for many it girls (Alexa Chung, MKA, Leandra Medine), has partnered with the mega franchise to create a line of sneakers inspired by four iconic characters – Darth Vader, R2D2, 3CPO, and a Stormtrooper. All four pairs are made of polysynthetic leather upper with inner cotton lining, which is embossed with ‘Star Wars‘ across either sides. The materials give a lux sheen to the shoes that could also mimic the characters’ costumes – how neat.
